Cancellation, Refund and Subscription Policy

My Fitness Advisors Advanced subscription Plan channel plans includes a  60-day free trial.

After 60 days, refunds can only be issued within 14 days of that free trial ending. A free trial cannot be paused or reinstated if any subscription plan is canceled or downgraded before the initial trial period has ended.  

Furthermore, My Fitness Advisor does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid annual subscription period. 

Similarly, it is your responsibility to evaluate My Fitness Advisor, including its features, limitations, and system requirements before selecting any Paid Plan. My Fitness Advisor, will not issue refunds to customers on the basis of customers not understanding the services features. or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions. Platform compatibility should be tested during the 7 day free trial. 

 

 

Fees, Refunds and Charges

Subscription Fees

Clients, shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes My Fitness Advisor (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s channel account subscription page. Client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. Client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on My Fitness Advisors net income. In the event Client fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, Client shall reimburse My Fitness Advisor upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of Client and shall defend, indemnify and hold My Fitness Advisor harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from Client’s failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.

 

Cancellation, Upgrade/Downgrade Policy

Client (My Fitness Advisor channel administrator) acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their channel  annual subscription plans). Client may cancel their subscription by logging into their My Fitness Advisor Account page and going to the applicable channel or subscription page, clicking settings and choosing the “Change” or “Cancel” options under subscriptions  tab. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription.  Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account.

From your account page you can upgrade and downgrade your listing package at any time.

Refunds

Advanced subscriptions plan includes a 60-day free trialAfter 60 days, the chosen service is billed in advance for the year and is non-refundable  after 14 days of first payment; no refunds will be issued after this date. My Fitness Advisor does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

All subscription annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. 

My Fitness Advisors, Month-to-Month Subscription Plan, allows customers to upgrade, downgrade, and cancel at any time without penalty. We recommend exploring these option for most customers, especially those that are unsure on what product best suits there business needs.
