December 2, 2020 at 4:25 pmI first trained with Sash a few years ago when he helped me shed 3st with a diet plan and daily motivation when I had tough days. Always at the end of the phone day or night. I’m now training to trek Everest base camp which Sash is involved with a training programme and support leading up to my trek.

This guy knows his stuff and is a top top fella!

December 9, 2020 at 11:02 pmI have known sash for few years now and he really knows his stuff.I went to sash already being a keen runner and gym goer but wanting more!
I wanted to get alot leaner and build more muscle to which sash tailored a diet plan for me for 6weeks and an improved training plan to what I was ready using.
After I had reached my desired goal for size,sash then put me on a shredding diet to completely cut down (brutal) but it worked.
If you’re looking for someone who is as committed as you are to reaching your goals and want to have a great laugh along the way,he is your man!

December 10, 2020 at 10:02 amTop man! Sash help me get back into fitness. He is always on hand should I need motivating when I’m having a ‘can’t be bothered day’. His knowledge on the different muscle groups helped this novice understand things clearly. He helped put a sustainable meal plan in place and explained clearly the importance of diet. If you are looking for a personal trainer, then Sash is your man.

Sash put together a great program for me and kept me motivated and accountable for the whole challenge! Would and will be recommending him for anyone that needs help or advise on their fitness goals!

Sash definitely pushes you to your fitness limits and makes you realise you can push past them!
I would 110% recommend Wylde Fit!

Ever since then he has written diet plans and personalised fitness goals for me which I achieve weekly with his support. Not only is he professional but he really knows the science behind the teaching which is hugely important for me.

January 21, 2021 at 12:10 amI’ve trained with a number of PT’s but none are on the level of Sascha. His wealth of knowledge and methodical approach sets him apart. He built up my stabilising muscles first, developing a good base level of strength before progressing the weight, form is key. His nutrition advice is excellent, I’ve lost 4 stone as a result even when not training during lockdown. If you really want to educate yourself and transform your body he’s worth every penny. Would highly recommend.

January 24, 2021 at 8:38 pmI have always been active doing quite a few sports for hobbies but have never really trained properly. I would normally go through phases when I would be really motivated to get fit, maybe sign up for a gym but after not too long would loose motivation, slip back in to old routines and not stick to it. I met Sash one year and trained with him for a few months. I honestly look back on that time as the best training I have ever done. Sash is great fun to train with, very motivating and you feel like you have a training partner, a player/manager if you will, rather than someone there just coaching you from the side lines . I really noticed improvements in the sports I did but also got into much better shape, and without it feeling hard to get motivated for each session. Come to think of it, @Sash can we get some sessions sorted this spring?
